Web Site Design: Includes assistance in domain name registration (excluding fee charged by registrar), Keywords and Meta Tags, graphics (provided by you or for an extra charge graphics purchased by us), and site design with navigation and graphic design. Free consultation on price is given after consulting you on your needs. Please feel free to use the color chart HERE to select a color scheme for your site if necessary. Monthly Maintenance: After your site has been designed and published we can provide monthly maintenance for your site. Fee's vary based on your needs but the fee structure starts at 125.00 per month. Basic maintenance includes Two hours of routine maintenance per month. (Extra hours are provided when necessary) for an additional charge. Two hours is usually sufficient for routine changes or additions to a site. We guarantee that we will keep at least 2 hours a month available for you and that our clients who have maintenance agreements with us receive priority consideration over potential new clients. We will notify you prior to starting any project if we believe the project will require more than two hours. We also maintain records for our clients who have maintenance agreements. We keep all passwords, account numbers, email account information, and a record of renewal dates for domain name registration. In addition to keeping your account information on record for you we keep a current copy of your web site on our server in case of any data loss on your hosting service. We also monitor your site and notify you of any outages your site may experience and assist in setting up email accounts or transferring hosting service for you. More extensive or complex site maintenance is available. (fee structure provided after a consultation on your needs.) Customized Forms: $90.00
for simple forms Estimates are given for secure forms or forms requiring data base programming. Java, CGI, and Database Programming $125.00 per hour
